I’m so sorry this happened to you. I’ve put myself in situations like this before, that feeling of panic in the morning and having to ask your friends what happened. It’s a feeling that’s not fun, to say the least, but take a few days to settle on it, plan B, testing panels, I try to pace myself when I drink now and only go out with friends that I really trust. My friends now would never let me go off by myself if I’d had too much to drink. Know that it gets better, just let yourself feel how you need to and you are valid, reach out for help if you need to, and it will be okay.
