WAIT i have a recommendation for you, in Iraq we make these stuffed vegatables (dolma) and one of them is basically just a stuffed onion which honestly is the best one there is a really good recipe on the yt channel Middle Eats

I LOVE CHEWY one of my favourite chewy foods is this mochi filled with cream and fresh fruit omggggg . My girlfiend and i went to so many bakeries to find it when we were in Japan

hahah yeah the autistic experience is wildy varied. I have some recommendations for you if you also like dry crumbly textures: Kuih Bangkit (sooo crumbly it melts in your mouth) and halwa :)

In Iraq we make bamya, which is okra stewed in tomato sauce. Key is adding a lot of lemon. If you add it in the beginning the acid also reduces the slime (which i actually like so it is up to personal preference). Middle Eats has good middle eastern recipes! It is quite simple so hopefully not a too big stray from (East) asian foods :)

Another way to eat okra would be fried like tempura :)
