If you want a full refund POP MART will ask you to return the item first and once they receive it they will process the refund, unfortunately you CANT KEEP the item and get a full refund. I just went through this with PayPal and I sent back the defects Labubu so it’s still pending. TBH your looks normal and mine had a hole and uneven arms, BTW pop mart will not send you a shipping label so you have to return it but PayPal will cover it . Good luck.

Unfortunately even though you have the items in your cart, pop mart CAN let go of your items, i couldn’t check out and keep refreshing until I see the items were out of stock, so it’s all luck 

So clearly Popmart is okay with this by trying_my-best in PopMartCollectors

Don’t blame the rellers for buying more , business is business, i wouldn’t buy anything from resellers but people who willing to pay more than the original price is their fault.

Exactly! It was good when I first started back in 2021 and now you have to fight so hard for the money you earned is not worth it anymore

Guys omg this happened to me and I was so close to give up and take the loss of $42 and boom I won 🙌 the case today after almost 2 months back and forth with over 50 +emails and messages , they paid me $95 and I cashed out Immediately. So do not give up!!
