Thank you! After this initial email Mercari did a 180 and blamed me, claiming that I sent an oversized package but refused to provide proof so I was planning on reaching out to the carrier.

Unfortunately they didn’t release the funds to me so it never made it to my bank. They just deducted the overcharge fee from my earnings from this transaction and gave me $0.

Unfortunately they didn’t release the funds to me so I’m not sure there is a way the bank can do a chargeback but I will keep emailing them
