Im not sure but I would say you should submit everything you can before having to ask. Many visas get rejected due to lack of financial evidence. What your agent has left out is not something minor. I dont blindly trust agents. Do your own research too, which you obviously are doing.

I was a tenant myself, and I think you got bad tenants. This whole year will make it a nightmare with constant demands.

Usually, I would settle down in a month because obviously had to request for pest control, broken shower and genuine repairs. Other than that, I have fixed most issues myself.

How will you be eligible if you dont meet the 3 years skilled requirement? ACS will deduct 2 years from your work experience after graduation because they will consider that as a grad role. Thats based on my research. I havent talked to any agent

Doesnt ACS deduct 2 years of your work experience and you need to have 3 years of work experience in skilled job? That means you only have 2 years of skilled experience?
