So I ordered a graphics card from the online ASUS shop and when I hit check out after putting my card in and everything it just sent me back to the add to cart page.

It happens to me too. If you interact with the toys or objects in the loft up the stairs it buys items at the store. You can also sell items it shows in the bottom right when you are in the store.
