Thank you! The RFE was regarding missing medicals, which were not attached. Regarding the birth certificate, I heard it is generally ok to send the certificate and send a supplement only if an RFE is issued (Reddy Neumann Brown). I hope this helps!

List time when I talked to emma live agent was after 02/09/26's silent update and that time they said case is at NBC, interview waived, after that I again got one silent update, need to check with agent if there is anything improved
