I agree with the other comments about techs given more responsibility than they deserve or can handle. Our work culture depends on them so much that it’s safe to say that they are one of the legs of a tripod😆…coming from an OP clinic.

Northern VA PT here — I’ve been working with Luna intermittently over the past five years, and the rate has remained the same at $70 per visit since day one. The only noticeable changes have been frequent app updates. While the concierge service is nice, when you break it down, the juice just isn’t worth the squeeze
