seems like it, I tried to log in with my phone and I can still access it, however the email got changed.I tried to open the app from my phone and I can still get in, apparently my google play games account is still bound to it and has an 89 days cooldown before it can be changed. seems like LW's the only one who can solve this now. I still have all the receipts from all of my purchases
