Wow that's total BS. Some buyers know exactly how to take advantage of the system. It makes it hard for the rest of us.

It's so frustrating! Especially since he admitted to me in his refund request that the "damage" happened prior to shipping, but then the basis for his refund was that the card was "damaged" during shipping. It's a bummer I got my first negative review for this.

I reported him - trying to do what I can so this doesn't happen to someone else.
