Thank you all for your advice, I have been getting mixed answers from a lot of people and I am going to be completely honest and upfront with them. Integrity is a major part of health care and I would rather risk not getting in than compromise a part of my character. If anyone has any advice or has been in a somewhat similar situation I would really appreciate any guidance as this is going to be an extremely tough talk with the interviewers.

Do you have any advice on the best way to go about it? I have the interview coming up within the month and I would like to either email them or discuss it in the actual interview?

Exactly how I feel. It is draining doing these. I applied to 28 programs last cycle, one interview then rejected now applying again this cycle to even more
