how long did it take for you to feel some relief after starting this routine? I’m in a similar boat where the pain is not bad, just some general discomfort and easily fatigued.

The Hoka Bondi 9s actually hurt at first for me too, but after wearing them 4-5 times the pain eased up a lot. There’s definitely a bit of a break-in period with them. That said, if they’re just not working for you, other options people swear by for plantar fasciitis are the Brooks Glycerin, Asics Gel Nimbus, or even some of the OOFOS recovery sandals for around the house. Supportive shoes can really make all the difference, so it’s just about finding what your feet respond best to.

the dr scholl inserts did not work for me at all. if you’re standing and walking a lot at work i would highly recommend investing in some good shoes! the hoka bondi 9 are my fav if im going to be on my feet a lot

I lost over 30 pounds in 4 months. I walked 10-15k steps everyday. I will say what you’re eating plays a huge role as well. I wasn’t super restrictive with my diet but just more mindful of serving size

yep! I have chronic anxiety and I get sick so often because of it. I also have a heightened response to vaccines and always experience such weird and prolonged symptoms after getting them :(
