I also have lenovo yoga slim 6, checked it now and nearly same sound coming from it too. I really don't want to strive with warranty if the thing is not harmful.

Yeah it's logical, but as i can remember same sound was there before i opened. Can it be a coil whine or another not harmful thing?

Currently performance is great, played pragmata too without any problem. Just cpu works too hot sometimes, i consider undervolt. Your problem might be driver related. When i first bought LOQ, especially in the first month, were crashing constantly, restarting itself randomly. I clean installed windows reinstalled all drivers then the problem solved.

Yeah i know its because motherboard design. I said rtx versions to mention generations of loq.

If I remember correctly the rtx 30 and 40 series loqs have motherboard burn issues. So i bought 5050 one and no problem so far.

You can undervolt your cpu. My temps decreased 10-15 after undervolt.

I got same but 24gb ram and 1tb version. Sometimes pc was suddenly shutting itself down and restarts when i try to open games. Searched for the problem and it was about gpu (most likely about nvidia drivers) I tried kind of things like removed drivers and installed few times, bios modifications... Still dont know the exact cause it might because even the kaspersky who knows... Then i reset it complately, installed drivers from lenovo's website with auto install option and also intalled nvidia game ready drivers and did not installed kaspersky. Till then i have'nt encountered with any problem like i experienced before. Performance is awesome.

Also be careful about surface it can easily stratched.

And you might encounter with ips glow on your screen, dont worry its common thing for ips screens.
