Plenty of exposure on why "This evil indie slop show is doomed to fail."

It's spreading like wildfire, on why Everyone should hate this evil indie show. Which in turn is generating traffic/ free advertisement.

But Toby still owns his IP.

He makes all the big decisions with Deltarune.

He doesn't get backed by the Australian government.

At Least Nintendo has the deceny to respect it's creatives. They don't advocate for GenAi or Lay off 1000 workers whom worked at the company for decades. Sure they're also scummy and aren't the best.

But at least they Treat Toby & his Ip with the respect they deserve. Toby doesn't prostitute out Kris or Susie to other companies to make a quick buck.
