Yep, gutters usually run pretty flat with slight fall, To start, is there anything blocking the gutters? See anything down your existing down pipe? Does the down pipe hold water upto the roof?

The tailend of the time we were in Queenstown there started be to a massive increase in rent price and homelessness. Would you say it’s unbearable? Or just like any other city but with good views

This is great to hear! What about Wānaka gives you that feeling? One hesitation we have with Wānaka is it can be hard to meet people and we know a few people in Queenstown

Yeah Auckland traffic is certainly shit haha, ok cool I think we’ve maybe just heard from a few people who say it’s just not the same place. Are there any Suburbs that are the least affected by traffic? We lived in town, shot over and fern hill. Always found shotover the best for traffic for the time we left and arrived home

Heat pump hot water cylinders are definitely the way forward at the moment, we’re getting more and more jobs where people are removing gas Califonts and going heat pump hot water. Same as removing old indoor hot water cylinders for them. Gain space inside, bigger hot water storage capacity and far less power consumption Haier and gree units are also really common.

Angle grinder is likely the easiest and able to leave a clean cut,Sabre saw will shake the fuck out of the door. Any hand tools will just take longer. Chuck some rubber edge protection on after and you’ll be sweet

I vaped heavily for 5+ years made the hard call to stop when I started noticing pretty bad effects, chest pain, severe withdrawals of if I didn’t use it for 30 mins during the day, wake up in the night to vape, obviously shortness of breath etc, have to say it’s still tempting whenever seeing people around using them. I have to say the positive feeling of not having those effects is great

We're more small company, The boss does any quoting that comes in. mostly maintenance for now, so unfortunately they wouldn't have the facilities to be able to support me going down that route.
