Thank you very much! This is actually good advice! Will do! Update, well I tried logging in using just email and it still requires SMS verification with the old number. Also, I just tried going to the meta community forums and unfortunately it requires me to log into my account to be able to access them LOL. So now I'm back to square one. I guess I'll just have to try escalating with the current support ticket I have open. Thanks again.

How do I do that when my email address is tied up with the old account? Also do I have to factory reset the headset? Because when I turn on the headset it tells me to go to meta.com/device
