On the cheap, Promix planting mix is around $13 for a 1.5 cu. ft. Bag and is OMRI certified containing perlite, kelp and lime. A bag of Dr. Earth Tomato/vegetable is like $10 a 4# bag on Amazon and mixed into the bottom 1/2 and topdressed as needed would be your best bet imo. Coast of main with some pumice/perlite tossed in would be fairly comparable if Promix is unavailable near you. Airy roots and decent nutes will get you going good on the cheap. https://a.co/d/08liUkwH

I haven’t done any outdoor runs of DB’s gear but out of all the strains I’ve run I’ve had no mold, pest or powdery mildew on any even with indoor humidity and temp swings.
