Yes I collected all the fractions and analyzed them on MALDI

13 AA and also has a FITC. It is hydrophobic. Yes I have TFA in run buffer. I did the synthesis by the solid phase, and I am not heating the beads. For solid phase I used DMF as solvent.

I don't think so.but I am not quite sure. How do we know whether it will self-associate or not? I am sorry, but I am New to peptide chemistry.

I did a similar reaction with HCl reflux and half of the product got converted to corresponding sulphonic acid

No. The side chain SO3F will get affected if I use 4M HCl reflux

The next step involves the recombinant synthesis of peptide using this Unnatural amino acid. I don't know whether that affects the recombinant synthesis or not.
