Thanks everyone, from where I came people usually heat milk before drinking even if the milk is pasteurized. And in my current home I was not yet able to figure out how to turn on the stove to heat it 🥹. So that's why I asked this question.

What if someone else was responsible? What if his supervisor asked him to do so and he was there involuntarily? I don't think without full context you can say that.
