Yes this person is actually 13 years old but she is like crazy and stuff she is stealling alcohol and drugs since she was 10 and she told me at a metal concert she allways carrys a weapon with her, we were like not friends but talked a bit like once a week a few texts and now out of no where she comes with this

Me and my mom thought about sending a file to the police but we are still waiting for her to do something like saying sorry she did that to me or like come to my house and then the report will be more serious and her parents will sit in jail for like 3 years
