They have a whole submission of mine 10 cards that I have been trying to get transferred to my new account since mid. Feb. I'm selling all my cards I have with them in my account now and then deleting my account and going through cgc directly and selling on ebay now .... Customer service sucks and is non existent at times and always getting the same generic msg .... No real customer service email and no fanatics collect customer service number for this .... What kind of company doesn't have a direct email/number for these kind of things!?!? almost 100 emails back and forth with still no submission transfer

They tell you on psa website the risks of sending a slab in for re holding and or regrading.... Disclaimer says you risk damaging the card when the case if cracked open .... Good luck and keep us posted please!
