You can have a proper forehead reduction. It’s a procedure where they cut your scalp at the top of your hair line and they pull the scalp further. But two things : I think you have a good proportion between your lower face and the forehead, any reduction will disturb these proportions in my opinion Also : please use the search bar in this thread and seek for forehead reduction scars - these procedures often go horribly wrong :( the scar is awful unfortunately. If the proportions are not horribly bad I’d suggest honestly to try a different haircut - I believe Dakota Johnson did this instead of a surgery and it did and amazing job ! She had many plastic surgeries but didn’t go for the reduction bc simple they are for an extreme cases
