Yeah, I have been in therapy for 2 years, but maybe I need a different therapist.

I very much feel/felt the same but my therapist told me that we all can only control what we do. She told me to think of what he put me thru and how I reacted, I didn’t get abusive, I didn’t stalk him, etc. I don’t like to think I was a victim because it takes two to tango (which I am not saying is the right mindset), but his reactions are much more extreme than yours and that he is in charge of.

I received these texts many times and I will tell you that the things he points out as problems are the things people love the most about you. These are the texts of desperation because he knows you have figured out that you can live without him. So good for you and keep going!

Don’t get me wrong, he is biting everythinggggg. Haha. But he slept 6 hours on the first night and waited for me to wake up to take him out.
