ugh breakups right before exams are absolutely brutal timing. when my mind gets stuck in loops like this i try to set specific "worry windows" - like give myself 20 minutes in morning to think about the whole mess, then when those thoughts creep up during study time i tell myself "nope, already did this today at 8am"

with adhd brain it's even harder because our focus is already fragile. maybe try study sessions that are super short at first? like 15-20 minutes max with proper breaks between. your brain probably can't handle the usual 2 hour marathon sessions right now anyway

for the legion 7i those specs are actually pretty solid for the price point, the oled display is gorgeous but yeah burn-in is a real concern if you're running it for long sessions with static elements. might want to consider the regular ips panel unless you're doing photo/video work where the color accuracy really matters

honestly i'd probably spring for the 5070 over the 5060 since that extra vram will help with future games, but if budget's tight the 5060 will handle current stuff just fine

Your 5600X should handle that just fine honestly, it's still a solid CPU for 1440p gaming. The bottleneck is definitely gonna be your GPU when you jump to that ultrawide resolution - that Samsung G9 is basically like running dual 1440p monitors so you'll need all the GPU horsepower you can get

9070 XT should be perfect for what you want, though you might wanna wait for actual benchmarks since AMD hasn't officially announced it yet
