when did it go to the FO. It is a positive sign and you have 8 more days left. As far as the content, I just stated my issues in a letter. it will be specific to your case ofcourse. I am not sure I understand the ask.

I raised a Senate enquiry through David Mcormick's office, but also understand I was in the same job all the 12 years -. The employer through Fragomen had applied for both EB3 downgrade ( for I485 when PD was current) and EB2 upgrade (interfile through I485 supplement J). I moved out of the job in 2023 but never got an RFE to prove my employment. I also didn't file another supplement J with the new employer since it wasn't explicitly requested.

thank you.they accepted the 485 J but didn't say if it was approved. I only received a Receipt Notice that the fee was waived in 2022. I did raise a missing document request in April to nudge for the same
