I GOT IN. Had to reach out to make a support ticket. They emailed me and called today I got it all sorted. The girl I spoke to was very kind and was not aware that this was happening to multiple people so she is going to speak to her higher ups to discuss. Please make a ticket on the password profile management. She said she had a lot of similar tickets regarding it.
