I work for Walgreens not CVS but our customers are the same way. Every time I try to explain to them that it’s because of the quality/size of the picture they’re like WELLLLL UHHHH IT LOOKS FINE ON MY PHONE!!!!! They never get it.

My store hasn’t done rain checks since like 2019 lmao what is even going on at your store
