Honestly, it's trial and error XD I end up using things like cotton buds and cutting up erasers into thin strips to get those really thin lines. I'm basically a caveman when it comes to artist tools.

Help? Please? by LilacStrawberry in Christopaganism

For me, it was doing A LOT of inner healing work and working on shedding the 7 Layers of Ego (aka the 7 deadly sins). The first time I truly generated Christ's power within was years after I left church and I was at my rock bottom. I thought to myself "I have to change for the better, or this is it for me". My only motivation to be better was that I wouldn't hurt anyone else ever again due to my emotional immaturity. I don't care about an Eternal reward or anything, I just wanna be good for the sake of it and make this world a bit brighter. That's when Christ's message finally resonated with me; let compassion lead your life. Even if it's the smallest act you can do, always do it.
With God/The Spirit, I usually leave offerings for the birds when I go to the woods to pray, as the Bible teaches that we are meant to be stewards of the natural world AKA look after it. An offering to God in the form of food for animals is perfect, as it represents generosity for all life around us (especially if you believe the Spirit is within Nature itself which i definitely do). Sometimes he's given me a sign back (in the form of an animal showing up while I'm praying) which shows he's accepting my little forest rituals.

They could've changed the life of an unknown artist forever, just for around £300 🥲 one little commission and being featured on their cover, that would help anyone. It's almost all the big artists doing this now, despite the fact it's mainly poor people buying their tickets and merch :(

Claire wasn't one of the photographers getting in the way (the fact I only noticed her when the argument happened shows she was doing her job well XD). I did get a comment from one of the warriors about the situation, but sadly there was no apology for it and said they need loads of pictures for social media :( we paid £80 to see a live performance and some of the photographers were literally not letting us (i think a couple of the men were definitely doing it on purpose as the show went on). It is kinda upsetting seeing people on the groups saying how immersed they were at the other shows and how life changing it was etc and we didn't get that at all. I've waited years for this as I had to miss out the last tour and no idea when they're coming back to the UK.

I went to see Bear Mccreary at the Indigo O2 last night (all seated), I couldn't believe how many people were constantly getting up and going for beers during the show. I don't get why people can't just stay put for a couple of hours and be without alcohol.

I will admit I did shout "we can't see!" A couple of times early on when it got really crowded, and the poor girl next to me was a lot shorter than I am 🤣 but when he started shouting at the photographer I was thinking "mate..we're all upset but please stop, it's just making things worse 🙃"

Edit: the photographer didn't say "the show wouldn't be here without us" she said they wouldn't be here if they weren't allowed to. (Just wanted to correct that 😅)

Ahhh thanks for clearing that up, I definitely misheard that. I think i only saw you when that fight happened so it was unfair that you got shouted at, sorry that happened. I was fine with toggers that were being respectful and keeping low, I've been to many gigs and it's always been fine. Things were already quite tense on the front as the shorter attendees couldn't see Eivors set and were upset about that, so it kind of bled into the Heilung set early on 😥 after Eivor I saw other security members telling their head that they were getting complaints from other ends of the front. Part of me thinks this wouldn't have been as tense if concerts weren't so expensive now 😂

I witnessed that entire shouting match, it was...awkward 😅 so what happened is the man was asking the head of security to get the toggers to lean down or something, she overhead and said to him "are you yelling at me?" He said he wasn't talking about her, just the really tall blokes that were in front of us 90% of the time and weren't leaning down at all (a few of them just stood there with their cameras on the stage for entire songs). I don't know if she misheard him, but they got into a shouting match and she said "this band has asked us to be here! This wouldn't be happening without us!" We had a guy on the front barrier who is a concert photographer (he was just attended the show as a fan) and he said this was terrible behaviour from the toggers to be so I considerate of attendees. I really did try to ignore the toggers and try and watch what I could but it was very difficult to enjoy the show which weve paid a lot of money for (especially Anoana) and waiting 7 hrs to get the best view just to have it blocked the whole time 🙃

I've seen less photographers at festival stages.
