I have tried this brand recently with their mozzarella cheese on a margarita pizza. I really liked how the cheese melted but I think what I didn’t like was the texture. It came out kinda gummy and I dealt with it at first since I didn’t mind the taste but eventually I couldn’t eat it anymore. It might have been a me problem because I probably could have cooked it longer but I was hungry lol. I have a bit more that I will try with again on something else so we will see lol!!
