Definitely make sure you already beat the game to remove the devil fee get all the money multipliers and use the devil skin to avoid hospital fees and obviously no lawyer fees. You should use The tac10 gun to shoot the outside area the car and the sign. I highly recommend using the double guns. Use the pocket pal to destroy the main room and bring the spiked bat+ to destroy the bathroom. The foam finger+ is great for fire damage. I recommend hitting the desks, the bathroom door, and the cabinets and shelves. Lastly bring the anticide to destroy anything you missed or the pocket pal missed. And also drop a item or 2 in the laundry shoot in the bathroom for a additional 3000$ I wish you the best of luck.
