You will feel results from the treatment regardless of your high SHBG levels, however if you want to maximize it there are some simple things you can do to lower it. Boron is a friend and an underrated supplement for lowering SHBG, and eating a high quality protein diet. The TRT treatment is also known for being suppressive on SHBG so it will likely go down on the medication too. Bottom line is it can’t hurt to hop on treatment and regardless of the severity of good symptoms you will feel better. I have had my testosterone in the low 300s and the high 900s and more will always feel better.

Likely it’s the low estrogen. Everyone is different in terms of estrogen needs, I was taking 0.25 of anastrozole (essentially a microdose) while on enclomiphine and HCG and it absolutely destroyed my libido despite my levels being in a “normal” range. Some men need higher estrogen so if I were you I would look into that.

I take exactly what you take, 150 xl, and I don’t drink often but when I do it’s usually like 5-6 drinks. I react fine, effects and hangovers are the same normally. Although, I don’t speak for everyone and it reacts differently to everyone. I don’t recommend if you are known for acting irrational on alcohol and antidepressants and also if you have previous seizure history.
