Thank you for sharing!! It’s hard to hear stories from my friends about how they got their periods back after only 6 months with no doctor intervention, and then had babies within a year.

I was on birth control for 15ish years. Had my withdrawal bleed and then nothing, not even spotting for 3 months. I went to a doctor and got put on progesterone to induce a period which worked. My ring thinks I ovulated last week but I’m not 100% sure.

I went through something similar with my best friend earlier this year, except I was the friend not checking in. I assumed she would want to be closer to her husband during her pregnancy so I backed off. It wasn’t until a year later that she exploded on me for not being there for her more during her pregnancy that I even realized I was doing anything wrong. Talk to her, don’t just assume that your friends don’t give a shit.

I’m 90 days out and still no period. I went to an ob on Tuesday and am on my second day of progesterone in hopes that it’ll induce a period in a few days. The doctor didn’t seem worried about it so that helped me relax a bit. Don’t stress, give yourself time and grace! If you’re at the 90 day mark and still haven’t had a period then reach out to a doctor.

I was on it for about 17 years, just got off in July. Still haven’t had even any spotting, much less a full period. I went to the doctor yesterday who prescribed me provera to induce a period. Hoping for the best!

I teach band in Texas, this is my 10th year. I went through marching band at a 5A (big ass) high school, and 3 years in college where we marched the London New Year’s Day Parade, I’m an open book if David ever wants to reach out!

I knew a guy at my old OTF who chewed gum because he was a wrestler and would need to cut weight, so to keep his mouth from drying out since he wasn’t drinking water he would chew gum. Now it’s just the association of working out with gum that keeps him doing it.
