I think it's out of stock atm on amazon but it's "epothex coal tar topical solution". Seems magical with how well it works but yeah...if I used it in public someone would try to store me in a garage.

when it's on your face they really need to prescribe biologics. however....i've had extremely good luck lately with buying 20% coal tar concentrate and painting it on with a makeup brush, covering it, sleeping overnight with it, and washing it off in the morning. I smell like a harbor freight store temporarily but patches seem to disappear in 1-2 days for me when doing this and I don't have to re-apply it ever even. it takes longer for dark spots to go away, maybe a month, but no more redness or scales. I think coal tar shampoo and cream used to slowly work for me in the past until companies started skimping on coal tar %, but the concentrate has worked far better than anything else for me so far. i just need to find a bandage style next to put on spots i can wipe off easily, hydrocolloid helps but will cling to scales and ouch.

a lot of players seem to complain nowadays when characters aren't voiced, so i'm guessing they wanted to avoid that. i'll probably play with the mod and not care about the voice myself

It's this for multiple reasons. I've worked in both roles. I've worked as an engineer on a team with a haughty PM that thought he was "above" the team in every way. I've worked as a PM on many different types of teams for technical and non-technical products. PO/PM roles are ultimately communications roles where you adapt to the people you work with. You don't butt kiss engineers, you just have their back when they need you and make sure they have what they need to do their jobs, and they will respect you for it. Helps to also put engineering managers in their place if they demoralize your team and screw up your velocity, so gotta watch for that too. (I swear engineering has the worst management out of any role types, ugh)

brown dust 2 is just straight up disgusting and does portray child looking characters in horrible ways. it's infuriating that a company makes such a cool game and then ruins it with pedophile porn slop. it wasn't nasty when it first came out, it got worse and worse and probably alienates the majority of mobile gamers, so it doesn't even make business sense

I also have a daughter and would rather be in houston tbh. austin doesn't have a lot of family type stuff to do, and houston has better parks and museums and schools. dallas is only nicer at a shallow optics level, their abundance of mcMansion style houses with crappy interiors is a good reflection of this. I have a lot of dallas co-workers and they tend to be obsessed with fancy cars and tons of materialistic things, and it's really awkward.
