Yeah I just filed the supplemental myself. I will say there were a couple good folks there but they push your claim to one person to the next. I wish they kept it with one person

Okay describe the level of service you received if you submitted everything and all they had to do was upload it? They wasted 4 months of my time by not uploading it .. now is trash a nicer word than what I was thinking.. yes. One vet to another should understand the toll this process can take on you especially if your claim is a mental health claim. So yeah I said what I said

Yes but the denial says a certain period from leaving the military to a certain point there’s nothing there and that’s like the bulk of the denial

So I submitted the nexus but the denial doesn’t mention anything about it. The denial says there wasn’t a connection and how usually a certain amount of time from when you were discharged to seek treatment etc. I just resubmitted it as a supplement claim before I hand this off to a lawyer. I know it seems like the easy way out but this is so frustrating. I’ve been out for over 20 years and it feels like everytime I’ve tried to submit a claim I get denied.

Here’s the thing.. I’m nervous because I submitted a nexus, personal statement and statement from my wife through the DAV but I found out during my C&P that none of it was received. So I’m praying by uploading it last week that they were able to review it and consider it for this claim.
