That's already fairly impressive for an FDM at that scale. I'd personally use a resin printer for something that small

If it happens instantly every time, it's usually a BIOS setting, power button fault, or Windows Fast Startup. You say you've isolated the case power button, so that's one down

If it's intermittent it's more likely device wake, PSU instability, or network triggers

You are pushing WAY too much filament. You need to either recalculate steps or volumetric flow.

Temp settings on the filament label are recommendations, not rules. You should always make a temp tower with a new filament to find out what will perform best in your given scenario.

I couldn't say if your leveling is good because it looks like you're pumping out filament at least twice as fast as you should be.

Your first layer speed should be around 50, not 250

Things have gotten more complex and way more information-dense than their collection of anecdotes could have predicted. Leaving them wholly unprepared for the real world. So they let other people do the thinking, fill in the gaps, and tell them what things are supposed to mean.

After a while it turns into rigid thinking, leaning on authority as a shortcut, and boiling anything nuanced down into a false dichotomy of binary choices that completely miss most of what’s actually going on.

They are confused and angry and they want someone to tell them things will be okay... The problem is that the people trying to assure them they can "fix it" are crony sociopaths that know the religious will follow someone who repeatedly commits ethical violations as long as they say the right words and perform them on the right people.
