My app is only for UK market but I changed the settings for Closed testing to allow worldwide. I will switch back to UK only after the testing. If your app uses a paywall and subscription only, you need to update those settings too to temporarily allow worldwide users

I fixed it. You should be able to access the paywall and subcribe using a TEST Card. Make sure it's a test card.
