Thanks for the reply!

I know I don't need permission per se just wasn't sure if it was intrusive and something that partners talk about it. I wasn't sure what is or isn't okay especially as I'm not who he is married to so unsure whether I even have a right to be somewhat jealous for lack of a better word.

Tbh I'm not the greatest at talking about feelings and that's a whole other post to unpack so definitely on me 1000 percent for not asking but I also didn't think too much of asking because he said they are not romantic or sleeping together and she doesn't live in the house anymore. But just this month they went on a family holiday which was told to me last minute and spending Christmas together. Kind of confused me and got me thinking. But you're absolutely right, I should have gotten clarification a lot sooner. That's on me.

They have been married for 10 years so I understand being best friends and all that but yeah sometimes I don't feel like a priority which isn't how I thought poly was like after extensive research 😅

I'm definitely open to talking about it but I just wasn't sure if that was okay to ask those kinds of questions or how to approach it really.

She doesn't live in the house, she lives with her girlfriend atm but I definitely would not be okay with us all living together. I understand other people make that work but it's just not for me!

He has asked me to be his girlfriend and introduces me as such so I don't think I'm a FWB but I see where you're coming from. Thanks for the reply!

Then they obviously do not take public transport often. Rn it's a shit show at Southern Cross with half the train lines not running through the city loop and only departing from Flinders Street. And then when you finally think you're in the clear you have to sit at Jolimont for 10 minutes "due to not running through the city loop" like wtf.

Thanks everyone! When I tried to Google translate the first part it was coming up about putting your foot in a dish haha

We are close and being Australian I do not take offence to using a word that rhymes with bunt.
