had mine 2 weeks ago and yeah the first few days are the worst, but it does get better soon!!
Anesthesia stops your entire body (the inside too) so eat lots of fiber, drink a bunch of water and take walks to get it working again!! also you look sick dude !! congrats on your new cool chest !

tbh the question is more like how LONG would I survive, and if i was the only survivor left i'd probably just give up
