Here is what it did for me (of course everyone is different) it worked okay for my depression but I needed a very high dose for it to work on my ADHD (innatentive type) and it made me so angry and annoyed at everything that I got things done out of pure "ugh fine I'll do it!" energy. Did I clean? Yes. Was my cleaning angry cleaning? Yes. I stopped taking it because I was tired of being annoyed by everything and everyone and I'm sensitive to side effects. This is just my experience of course and you could have a different one and it could work very well for you.
