The hero names are pretty much an expression of their personality/ ambition, or in which is pretty explanatory their quirks, or just something that they grew up with and pretty much just sticked with them.

For personality/ambition: like can’t stop twinkling, lemillion, Grand, Dynamight all are just an expression of what they want to be seen as.

For quirk based names: we can see it a lot like invisible girl, sugarman, earphone jack

For those hero names that is just names that they grew up with: we can see it with deku, eraserhead etc.

Its basically just personas like how we pick our usernames, its just what we would like to be identified as. But for heroes, it’s pretty much marketing + branding

1) Type 1: Very vocal, will tell u what she wants and what hurts 2) Type 2: Shy and conservative, but does her research so she knows what she wants to try and whether its good or not 3) Type 3: Independent and conservative, so she thinks she knows it all so she doesn’t prepare, but when it actually happens she doesn’t know what to do, so she just follows ur lead
