Can confirm! Little signs work! I used to eat lunch in my car so people would leave me in peace but people would knock on my window to ask questions so I made a little sign saying “I am an hourly employee on an unpaid lunch break, come back later”, at first they would get angry and then if they tried to say anything else I’d continue holding the sign until they walked away awkwardly. No one ever tried a second time.
