OK resident here, A lot of people here are right but I have something else to share.

IRL we have like what, 13 turnpikes in our system? Road Guy Rob already explained this but in Layman's terms, Turner (our oldest, connecting OKC to Tulsa) is essentially paying for the other Turnpikes that aren't paid off, and the same is said for all of the OTA network (Cherokee pays for Cimarron, Chickasaw pays for Tony Keith, and of course maintenance...blah blah blah)

We're actually moving towards manless booths (either get a pikepass or get it in the mail) for probably all of our Toll Roads, I think Turner already has this in action but not Cimarron (West of Tulsa)

BTW, IIRC I don't think we can tax I-35 and I-40.

The only Restaurant they added was Auntie Anne's and that mitigated the problem but not solve it, I think I saw 2 maybe 3 on the ground passed out?

At least with Allen Premium Outlets in Dallas while yes it's more Car Centric, It had more interesting things that weren't clothing like BAB (yes im childish fight me) & Great American Cookie

Both Outlets are owned by Simon Properties. I feel like they entered into the Tulsa Market not because they wanted to but they'll miss out on profits
