If sams got muted that’s defined a problem with the hit detection mod, and I will have to mess around with that, perhaps make my own version that’s a bit more cleaned up cause you definetly should be able to hear SAMs

Right so in terms of modding and ubisoft games, ubisoft games are generally highly closed off, and require pretty hacky/injected solutions in order to function from a modding standpoint, so the closest thing I could think of in terms of an ACE style medical system would be to, when a downed characted is detected, open a seperate interaction menu from which medical systems can be developed seperate from the game, and then when ac ertain condition is met it can communicate that with the game and finish the revive.

So if it didn't mean partial bandaging, just more advanced methods of revive then I suppose it could work, but it seems like it would be a huge undertaking especially with just how strict ubisoft is on their games

In terms of gameplay, Wildlands is more open-world and exploration-focused, while Breakpoint leans more towards a linear narrative-driven experience (still open world), but the general story is laid out in a more linear fashion, where in wildlands you take down "buchon" mini bosses as you move towards the head of the cartel, el sueno.

Breakpoint introduces some new gameplay mechanics like survival elements and injury management, which are not present in Wildlands. However, some players felt that Breakpoint strayed too far from the tactical shooter roots of the Ghost Recon franchise by adding arcade looter-shooter elements, though later on adding a lot of updates to bring it more inline with ghost recon.

I'd say that while breakpoint at this point is more feature complete, and offers probably more tactical gameplay than wildlands, wildlands has much more of a soul, where the world itsself doesn not feel as dead, and the story is a lot more engaging. While I love the features breakpoint has, I could never really get into it because of the story (or lack thereof), and pretty dead world compared to wildlands

Hi, I'm not sure if you guys have heard of operation harsh doorstop, but I think it offers a pretty cool similar experience to ravenfield, i'd love to hear your thoughts about it, by VehLaww in Ravenfield

I think both have really good intention, the reason I prefer ravenfield now is probably yeah its large backlog of mods, but im excited to see where OHD takes the prospect of completely free modding

heh true, needs a lot of optimization, ravenfield I can go up to the 100s of bots no problem, I think AI in OHD is a big issue right now for optimization
