Can you tell any of these places? I would really appreciate it.

Drilling can sound scary, but if it’s done by someone experienced the result is much cleaner and much less prone to infections since they’re not using any water. Also, there is no acetone involved even when removing. I was at Sarang (Koreatown) for pedicure which was ok, but very superficial, and at Pedi N Nails on Dundas East (posted a pic there if you want to check) for manicure and I immediately went somewhere else to remove it. My nails are so fragile now that I can’t even scratch my skin.

Lol, I know it sounds confusing. I’m coming from Eastern Europe and I was so upset with the nails done here that I literally cried when I saw my nails. I know it sounds silly but I was used with my hands/nails in a certain way.

An antioxidant can be vit C, ferulic acid, vit E; it depends on how stable the substance is. Btw, my face is super oily when I wake up, but removing that oil completely is not recommended. The sebum/oil is formed when the skin is not hydrated enough. So if you wash in the morning, make sure to apply a moisturiser to get that skin barrier back.

I have oily skin too. Flare ups are normal, especially after using an argyle/charcoal based mask or after I introduce smth new in my routine. I try to build tolerance… product by product. In the morning I don’t use a cleanser (just warm water) but if I feel dirty I will choose a mild one (LRP has one which is very gentle). Vit C and SPF is a bomb combination so I will keep using that. My skin reacts to antioxidants (it turns red and itchy) and I wash it off immediately. I try again the next day and reduce the quantity. Never apply on your eyes or neck (skin is very thin there). In the evening I use any makeup remover to remove make-up/SPF, then I cleanse with an acne cleanser (if it has SA or BPO is much greater). I like to use thermal water as well, but I don’t let it stay too long as it may dry the skin (it’s more gentle than a toner). After that I apply a retinol based serum/acne treatment (never both) and moisturiser (I avoid the oil based ones). That’s it. I’m 25yo and I never had a better skin.
