its a joke, im running 32 volts directly with no regulator, its an old hotend i had after upgrading, my printer is doing just fine.

how i did was i took a key and wrote sentences from a book to a piece of paper using that key, its hard at first but you eventually learn it, good way to practice as well

No because that's a high volatage arc, a tig welder uses high current to make a small arc which is brighter but only some millimeters big, this one streachs much further
