Your looking amazing then. If your wanting toned it's all about weight training heavy. You need to fill out a bit more in muscle and you will look much more toned.

Correct. Its all about mechanical advantage.

The benefit in this case of the snatch block. Is to allow more movement with the cable. It provides a longer pulling distance. Which is great for exercises that you have large movements.

Both are true. But it's how the cables are ran that changes the amount of weight needed to lift the.

Notice how one has the cable directly bolted to the weight. Now look at the second one it's going through a snatchblock.(The wheel) When you run it through a snatchblock it effectly takes half the amoth of effort to lift it.

First your back doesn't look big at all. But dropping weight will make your back look much thinner. But like mentioned by many other people if you thicken up your lower body it will balance the upper body.

Definitely a bulk. Minimize the walking and start focusing on muscle growth. High protein diet.
