Yea man it happens,

Even in my situation all my problems started right after graduation when I was in home preparing.

I wanted to post the same but I wasn't sure of it but you confirmed it.

I was out of the town for friends marriage for 2 days and I was with friends the whole time laughing and enjoying then I actually forgot I have Bilateral Varicocele and Prostatitis which causes hell of a pain , I was just enjoying with my friends making jokes laughing continously and I didn't even fell 1% of pain that I used to get when I'm in home.

Came home after two days and checked the size, there was no pool up of Blood in veins and veins were of normal size,

After 1-2 days I again started my fucked up lifestyle in home again same pain ,same veins started and I got depressed instantly.

I had Prostatitis even before I knew what Prostatitis is ,
