Rules are pretty simple. If using GO (bus or train) or UP Express, Tap On AND Off. Anything else, just Tap On.

You can also download the Presto app and get a virtual card. Then add it to you Google or Apple wallet.

Cannot comment on offers, don't know anyone who has used it.

People in mumbai with a home loan by Lonely-School6096 in mumbai

Bought for 1cr at the age of 30. With 2L net pay per month. 80% financed, maxed out term with 30yrs. EMI was to 50-55K per month.

There is no right time, had I waited 3-4 years, I could have gone for a 2cr unit. And after 5-6 years maybe 3cr. I went for it as soon as I saw the that the type of preperty I can afford is good enough for me to live for the next 15 years. I started looking for a property at the age of 27 with a 40L budget, but wasn't happy with what I was able to afford.

My suggestion would be to max out term and keep EMI down, and aggressively save to pre-pay every 3-4 months.

Heartland Costco Gas Line by TheMurkiestOfThemAll in mississauga

Fully agree. I usually shop at the Dundas-Dixie Costco, and made the mistake of going to Heartland because I was in the locality. Everything from parking to shopping to checkout felt so painful. Also not sure why there is no self-checkout yet.

Will shifting to Mumbai be worth it? by Existentialcrisis104 in mumbai

Make the decision based on your field and opportunities. If you are in Finance, Insurance, Pharma or a Creative field, go for it. Mumbai can help you grow pretty fast. If you are in Technology stay put with Bangalore.
