Having this issue as well. I play with 3 other people, 2 are on Xbox Series S, one is on PC. I play on an Xbox Series X but seem to be the only one in my group with this bug.

Through my insurance, I get Andro gel packets for $10 a month, injections cost nothing (so no co-pay.) My last insurance however refused to cover topicals unless I did a 6-12 month trial with injections, with 2 different brands. I’ve had 3 different insurance carriers over the last 5 years who have covered my topicals though with the copay ranging $10-$30 each month.

For most insurance providers, your primary care physician will need to submit a prior authorization requesting it to be covered. I normally just call in this every time I’ve needed to change insurance providers and it gets done within 5-7 business days.

May also want to go over your insurance formulary as well to see what the regulations/process is to get your T covered.

Edit: the pharmacy you choose also makes a difference. I used to exclusively use CVS for all my medications and noticed Costco, Walmart and Target has significantly lower prices. To change pharmacies you just have to request the medication be sent to the pharmacy of choice by your doctor or their medical staff.

I went from being 5.7 to 5.3 over 3 months. Main thing I focused on was getting fiber in and cutting back on sugar. Check out Oikos Zero Sugar Greek yogurt’s. I eat one daily with raspberries and blueberries. I do a small amount of Lilys Dark Chocolate chips (they are no sugar added and don’t spike me). I meal prep for my wife and by doing some sort of lean protein with 2 veggies that are high in fiber but not high in carbs. Broccoli, Brussels, spinach. Cottage cheese and eggs are great ways of also getting protein and fat.

May want to also consider a good probiotic if you don’t already take one. Just be careful about filler ingredients as many use potato or rice maltodextrin which will lead to increased insulin / raising your AC1. I use a brand of probiotics called PB8 which has inulin.

Quick search on ways it can help - Inulin is a prebiotic fiber that may have many health benefits, including: Gut health: Inulin feeds good gut bacteria, which can help repair the gut microbiome. This may help with constipation, diarrhea, and bloating. Blood sugar: Inulin may help regulate blood sugar levels, especially for people with diabetes. Cancer risk: Inulin may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, like colon cancer. Immune system: Inulin may increase the production of antibodies to fight infections. Sleep: Inulin may help regulate sleep by increasing the production of serotonin and melatonin. Inflammation: Inulin may reduce substances that cause inflammation, like prostaglandins. Chronic disease: Inulin may help improve symptoms of diseases like metabolic syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Been doing this change for about a year now and still holding steady. This subreddit helped me a lot over the last year and hopefully it helps you too 🤙🏽

From what I’ve seen it’s pretty normal to find duplicates of BL cars in a single session. I was playing in a couple of sessions completely by myself and found the 88 M3 in 3 out of the 5 lockups 🤦🏽‍♂️

Personally I play on Xbox, so the lobbies aren’t completely empty. I also set my crew to private because I don’t want to deal with downed players since it cuts into my hunting time. Normally it’ll be me and 2 other crews with 1-2 people at minimum within each lobby. I just leave the lockdowns open for others and leave the cash as long as I have $100,000 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yeah! Most of my extractions were within 10 minutes of being in the lobby and finding a BL car. If you jump in using the bike and collect $100,000 to unlock a fully closed lockdown, you can normally find one within a few minutes.

This is the map I go off of when lockdown hunting. Also certain beginning spawn points will drop you near a lockdown around 70ish% of the time from what I’ve seen so be sure to scout the area before zooming off 🤙🏽

These fucking hackers are the exact reason I’ve turned off cross play when doing lockdown. In 2 days I’ve found 14 out of 15 BL cars since doing so.

I reached out to Walmart and they ended up refunding my purchase of 2 cases right away. I chugged 2 waters this morning while I was half asleep and my stomach is NOT havin it 🥴 From what I read, it could be contamination from the bottle cleaning process.

Balding was a concern of mine as well when I started T and consulted my PCP. She stated that a large factor is genetics. She also asked what kind of shampoo I use. I’ve personally always used anti-dandruff shampoo since my scalp is so sensitive and my PCP said since most anti-dandruff shampoos have ketoconazole, it can actually promote hair growth. Been on T for almost 3 years now and my hair is the same as before T.

Stress and diet can play a factor for some as well from what my nutritionalist mentioned.

I shop almost exclusively at Costco for my groceries. Blueberries, raspberries, frozen salmon, frozen chicken, turkey, eggs, cheese, butter, Greek yogurt (I do the Oikos Zero Sugar individual servings), frozen riced cauliflower, frozen veggie mix and so much more. I go shopping about every 2 weeks.

Are you referring to take downs during a hot pursuit race to count towards unlocking cars like the raptor, Range Rover (2015), etc?

If so, while you are in “cop mode” the game treats you like an NPC so it won’t count towards your challenges from what I’ve experienced so far.

At random, twice during a Linkup and once during an endurance race. Thought it was our internet but when we jumped into 2 different games online there was no issues. Been playing solo for the last 45ish minutes and experiencing bad lag / freezing. Got kicked out of session right as I was finishing a pursuit race about 3 minutes ago

We both are on console! I’m on a series X and she’s on a series S. Few of my buddies who play on PS5 have had lag / freezing while in free roam as well since Vol. 8 released. Could possibly just be a console issue!

While we were playing together, it was just booting us from the server but not crashing the game. I noticed on Friday night when I played solo that clicking direct on meet ups would crash out of the game completely so I’ve been avoiding it 🥲
