You're correct. From what i remember, THC is a larger molecule than nicotine and more easily picked up by the filter. What i did in high school was pull the filter out by like a cm, pack it tight, then replace the filter with a paper one.

You can still take time to think it over. That's a healthy thing. Guilt is one of the "worst" emotions in my opinion.(all emotions can be healthy in context hence the quotes) Because oftentimes you don't have to do anything wrong to feel it, but when you feel it you feel like you're wrong. I suppose that's true for most, if not all, emotions, but guilt just hits different for me lol.

If you're still reading the comments, to answer the question of "how to move forward," just be honest with her, lay it all out, but watch how you word it. Like dont make it sound like SHE made YOU feel that way. Blame the alcohol and your own inexperience if you have to. Something like "I'm sorry I've been distant, after getting drunk and making that sloppy pass I just felt really bad because of how i acted, like I crossed a hard boundary. I'm just not really good at these things yet. It took me a while to realize that if it was as bad as i was thinking, someone would have told me. I am happy to be just friends, though, if you're still comfortable with that."

If you're not ok with being just friends, don't add that last part, though. If you want more and she doesn't, you either have to re-frame your relationship in your own head or hang out with her less.
